Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also forward the notice to the relevant content contributor where applicable.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification with the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed material and its previous location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process.
